Qatar BioBank Garangao Event
Garangao is a Ramadan cultural celebration organized by Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF). The event was designed to engage children of various age groups in an array of creative activities, which sought to provide information about Qatar’s rich heritage and culture and promote health and well-being.
Curve was commissioned to come up with activities that are centered on Qatar Biobank’s mission to improve the health of the people of Qatar, decrease their chances of avoiding serious illnesses, and promote better overall health for future generations.
The activities included the ‘Spinning Wheel’, which featured a series of questions and answers about healthy eating habits during the month of Ramadan.
The ‘Missing Square Puzzle’, another activity, was aimed at stimulating the concatenation and learning abilities of the participating children. It required children to piece together a puzzle that illustrated the walkthrough of Qatar Biobank’s participants visit.
The activities created much excitement among children and served as an informative recreation. Children enjoyed a fun-filled and educational night, which was basically designed to spark their creativity, encourage team work, and promote adopting a healthier lifestyle.
We have also designed a healthy Garangao give aways for kids, the gift included nuts, dried fruits, mineral water and a small spinner toy in an attractive box designed upon QBB characters.
